Please note: Items purchased from the website cannot be returned in store due to differences in inventory.
- For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup date
- Merchandise must no have been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Returns are accepted within 14 days of your receipt for store credit only - you will receive and online gift card/code via email. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return.
- ALL sale items, leggings, shoes, scarves, bralettes and jewelry are FINAL SALE.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach The Sassy Shopper.
- Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
- If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.

- Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines and contact us for a return authorization #.
- Include your slip that arrived in your package with your return.
- Mail the return to the address on the slip included with your order.
